Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia and is a large and bustling city with population of around 8 million. It has many different cultures which leads to a vast range of delightful food and traditions. There are many expats in KL and there is a fun and exciting social side to the city. KL has many forms of transport and is an easy city to travel in. It has many beautiful day trips to venture on including a leisurely drive up to the strawberry fields and cooler climate of Cameron Highlands or visiting the splendid town of Malacca and exploring the rich cultural heritage it has. KL is also a travel hub and the gateway to South East Asia.
